HOW DO WE CHARGE FOR OUR SERVICES

Our fees other than the retainer are generated on a success basis when funding is achieved; our average fee at closing is three percent on the amount of capital raised.

The process starts by sending us a completed Application Form and an Executive Summary of your Project and further information related to the additional documentation that is available or is to become available.
